I won a Samsung GALAXY S II on the Vodafone Secret Santa competition!

I wonder if I may ask for some advice.
In the T&Cs it states
We don’t allow you to re-sell or transfer the prize and we won’t give you cash instead. In the event that winner(s) are not able to take their prize for any reason we may draw other winner(s). No alternative prize will be offered.
I'm stuck in a contract with three for the next 20 months, will I be able to get the phone unlocked and use with my present contract without breaching the terms?

I wouldn't see why not. I won a phone with Three but am in a contract with Vodafone so managed to get it unlocked.

Only my third win this year!:eek:
Got to July and I was desperate so entered the play tent comp, 5000 winners..;)
Then got a £50 amazon voucher from a ubar survey that I spent on my now old phone!
but....
Went to the bank today and found that someone yesterday has used my bank info at orange and cleared out £490......
Card cancelled, etc... must be due for a dose of good luck!:D
