Matalan has just cancelled a couple of my blouses and sent me a refund from an order placed on 24th, of course they were the ones I wanted the most

My order came within a couple of days by royal mail, it was free standard delivery at the time.

Unfortunately you cannot 'rely' on Matalan having the items you order in stock, as their website doesn't have 'real time' stock information - you only find out if things are in stock when they actually pick your order and despatch it, at which point they send an email letting you know what you're getting/not getting!! Was none too impressed when I discovered that last week
