To get in touch regarding football tickets?
I won some tickets to see Barnsley last month, and they sent me an email asking who I would like to see (pick 3 matches and they will let me know if these matches were ok)
I sent an email on the 2nd Nov, asking for Leeds tickets on which the match is on the 31st December. I never got a reply, and I sent another email on Tuesday (13th dec) asking if they got my original email, but i haven't heard a thing.
Normally I wouldn't panic, but it's a big derby and tickets usually fly out. There is an Npower number, but the email addy says someones name @ Oracle...... So I'm a bit confused. I don't want to be ringing a premium no IYSWIM.
I don't know what to do now. Has anybody got any suggestions?
