I think you could do with an accountant who can explain the company pitfalls and the IR35 key points. Your profile does not accept PMs or I'd have sent you links to these pages on my site. If you PM or e-mail me, I'll send you them. Once you have this basic knowledge, you can go round your local accountants and see which ones can best help you. For example, you may meet one who wants to set up a limited company that same day for you without explaining the long term implications properly, politely say "Good bye" and move on. Even after reading this stuff and having it explained to them (which is compulsory for all my clients who want to set up a company) I am in the process of striking off 3 companies for 3 different clients. Two of them I had grave doubts about at the time of creating them, but my job is to advise not tell. The third one just got an offer of a PAYE job that was too good to turn down.Hideous Muddles from Right Charlies0
