If you give them your vehicle reg number, they can cross reference it with vehical type (you can buy the database).. you're giving Toyota a lot of personal info with that form

Strange I would have thought that they would have that information if you had a Toyota. We have 2 Toyota's purchased from new from of all places a Toyota Garage.

I am certain they know where I live as they often pick my car up to service it every 10,000 miles.
