Seems to submit fine but is asking for US addy details, added my own details but had to make up state details, my 'address' is now Hollywood in California! -does anyone know if Hollywood is actually in California?!

Submitted mine fine too. Go to the website of a popular retail chain in the US and search the store locator and they will give you a full US address :-)
