Bought the Lego City plane a week or so back for £29.99, but fortunately haven't given it to my son yet as I was waiting for his Granny to give it to him in person. That's going back to Amazon tomorrow then! Item reserved in Argos for £12 cheaper. Thanks!!

"If you're desperate for the garage set you can try bricklink.com, sets are mostly much cheaper than on ebay if they've been discountinued, but basically any set that's no longer in production (like this one) is likely to go up in price.
Argos have had this listed for ages, but there's no stock in the country."

I only got my MSE email today 21st Dec, all the 10 nearest stores to me (in Belfast) are sold out of it. Today is the last day at the reduced price, and of course, they'll probably have plenty once the sale is over. Pity! My 6 year old would have loved it. Happy Xmas to all at MSE and all members.:)
