Waitorse late delivery

Yesterday I had a grocery delivery from Waitrose, but they were very late (nearly 1 hr).
What happens in these cases? do they give some kind of compensation?
I believe Ocado do, not sure about Waitrose?

if Waitrose have ever been late delivering to me, the driver has always given me a bottle of wine or box of chocs to apologise0

I got nothing at all, a part from apologies.
So not impressed!
I don't think the driver would go out of his way to keep me happy, he's got the most absurd round, and I'm sure they don't get many deliveries where I live.
He has no chance of being punctual, he's got to travel miles in heavy traffic.
Pity, they deliver nice fresh bread.
