25/01/21: Identity checks completed, solicitors instructed
27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!

Superdrug Jewellery all 49p in store

Just back from shopping & was delighted to find ALL jewellery in Superdrug reduced to 49p an item. (Except boxed sets, they were down to £2.49/2.99).
They have some lovely necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, also hair accessories, so my DDs have got a few more stocking fillers & I got some treats for me!
Before anyone asks, I don't think they do jewellery online so you have to go to a store, but some great bargains.
(This was Watford but I'm assuming its everywhere.)

Oh pants, just been in there but my son was too busy crawling on the floor and mieowing like a cat and messing with the make-up for me to even consider browsing for long lol! Might have to go back (without him!) tomorrow evening!

This isn't national i'm afraid. Went in to my local in Glasgow and there was nothing at 49p. All jewellery was however a third off, so I still got a lovely little paid of owl earrings for £2.70.0

Wasn't in my local store today earlier either, they had some reductions but mainly half price0

Have seen them at this price in Northampton and Coventry.. I think but will have another look again tomorrow Hair accessories are lovely! :cool:0

I was in Superdrug today , didn't notice these , but wasn't looking either! lol
Never mind.....Had a good shop in Sainsburys with some bargains found!

It wasn't all jewlery in my local, but a sizeable portion of it was 49p. The SA was still putting things up, so that may have changed in the afternoon (I only went there in the morning).
