£8.99 now.
Got an email to say its been dispatched but I really do not get amazon, they send a 4 quid book by yodel tracked (who I hate and are unreliable) yet they send 60 quids worth of games via normal royal mail??
Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end

I've had this loads of times. I bought several things including a £200 watch from Amazon and it was sent by Royal Mail standard delivery (not tracked) but ordered books etc which cost a couple of quid either tracked or Yodel. It seems a complete lottery with no logic whatsoever. I ordered this book as well - yours is being sent by Yodel and mine by Royal Mail Tracked.
Don't get me started on Yodel. The latest episode I had with them was that they threw a parcel from Amazon over the gate landing on the paving and got soaked in the rain. I always make a point of complaining and insist on replacement - don't even open it to check for damage ie reject the goods. The idiot who delivered it even wrote on the card "Thrown over gate!" which I kept as evidence.0 -
Oh I feel you, me and yodel do not get on, I recently ordered some lucky charms, showed as delivered so I rang up and it had been signed for by the driver but nothing there 2 days later I found it slung round the back of the house soaked through no idea how long it had been there as we don't use the back of the house, thankfully I got a replacement. I think they have such bad service why any company choose to use them is beyond me!Distorted_Vision wrote: »

I think Amazon are a great company. The customer service I've received from them over the past 10+ years has been excellent. The only thing that ever lets them down is Yodel and its beyond me why they use them. No doubt they are the cheapest couriers that it viewpoint is incredibly short-sighted.0
