Strange thing to ask, but is there a list anywhere here of DCA's and their affiliated companies, eg Lowell + Red Debt + Hampton Legal = single company?
I only ask as I have a client who keeps getting nasties from DCA's over a debt which was written off. I need to ensure minimum stress level for the client, but it is not helped when, what appears to be lots of agencies chasing, but is in fact only one.
