selected products is in reference to what you need to buy to get the voucher,
the actual voucher can be used on anything apart from the following
""Voucher can not be used online, for telesales or invoice transactions. Excludes purchases of gift cards, itunes vouchers, mobile top ups and whatever happens direct debit payments. Not to be used in conjunction with any other discount."

I got the £50 voucher by email a few days ago, the only thing I have ever ordered from them is the £4.99 blender, hopefully they will send £10 voucher at some point.

Ordered 4 items when the promotion was on. Have received only one £10 voucher. Anyone else had trouble receiving their vouchers?

I haven't even received a single voucher from them, I had purchased the hand blender for only 4.99. Email sent to ask where my voucher is, will report back on the outcome.

i havent received mine either. i emailed them and they said they would pass my query on to head office. They havent emailed me back but a few days later i get a letter through with £50 off £200 spend instore. I am begining to wonder if this was in replacement of the £10 voucher.:(

I have e-mailed them THREE TIMES now and no response , am getting fed up as I KNOW THE ITEMS I BOUGHT QUALIFIED FOR THE £10 VOUCHERS as all of them said ''free £10 voucher when you buy me'' underneath them , but I only received 2 out of my 4 vouchers

Not impressed as the least they could do is respond to my e-mails and it is not fair if we bought qualifying items but no voucher received for them and they run out on 15th Feb so we haven't got much time left to get the vouchers we are owed! :mad:

well I was expecting a Valentines day voucher yesterday, even though the store had a big sign outside it was not able to issue the vouchers and my purchase qualified (Manager couldn't be bothered to come out)I am waiting a voucher or explanation.
