recently bought an electrical item on john lewis and went through quidco for the first time recently, i used a £10 off code i got on womans own for my first order which it was- i looked tonight on quidco and it said the £11 0dd cashback was declined ? what does this mean and why ?

More often than not you're not allowed to use voucher codes in conjunction with Quidco.
I had an order from M & M sports declined by Quidco because of this.Third time lucky on WW I hope :j

I've used quidco with IWOOT site and ALSO used a voucher code i got off hot uk deals - no problems. Try askin Quidco to why the transaction was declined? Worth a try? Le

We had one of these a while back, but it just didn't track. They then said it was succesful, but only at 50%, but they sent the email twice. Once it finally pays out I'll have got more than my 8% that I should have got.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no. 002 :rotfl:0

i used a voucher givig £20 of a £50 order and went through quidco - got both discounts/cash back no probs.
must just be that some don't track and they don't honour all that don't track (usualy 50%) sonds like you were unlukyDon’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
