The other post says

Am looking to release around £50k on this particular mortgage to pay off a credit card (£15k) and do some home improvements.

So it could be a different property

How dare you bully poor Nevro1234. Granted the [STRIKE]troll/sockpuppet[/STRIKE]real MSE poster has great diferculty in generating MSE ID names that he has to steal half of mine but that doesn't make him a liar.

Personally though if he tells me his house is worth £320k - £500k or even £750k I believe him. His property is clearly going to be work half a trillion next year so RBS better watch out because if Nevro draws out any of that equity he can get the best lawyer in the world and have time for some stick in vases.
