I also had the sorry that you won't get the jacket before Xmas one but i've just checked my account and it's been cancelled. Zavvi haven't even been bothered to let me know. Certainly won't be shopping with them in the future!0

I just checked my account too and found that they had cancelled the order without informing me. They haven't cancelled the payment from Paypal yet though, so it still shows as pending.I also had the sorry that you won't get the jacket before Xmas one but i've just checked my account and it's been cancelled. They've also cancelled my order for a hoody that I had ordered for my Hubby for xmas without letting my know. Not impressed at all :mad:0
