The fact its been on for 6 months doesn't necessarily mean it will be a bargain. It could be that no-one has shown any interest so an offer of any sort will get it, but it could equally mean that loads of people have offered £170k but the vendors "need" £180k to clear the mortgage. In the latter case it will sit there for as long as it takes to get that, or prices rise, or the vendors can pay down enough mortgage to let it go for less. Might be worth asking the EA whether any offers have been made on it - the answer to that will give you a clue as to which way it might go. (if you ask what the least it might go for they'll give you a daft answer!)Adventure before Dementia!0
