Had a phonecall from them yesterday telling me they'd run out of the 3-4 boys bundles, ordered 3 of them in the 3-4-2 deal, they did offer to replace each bundle with this http://www.welovefrugi.com/boys/2-8-years/coats-scarves-hats/reversible-knitted-hat-boys/ or anything of a £15 value. They're going to refund the card this morning.

Also just had a call from Frugi to say they had run out of the special offer packs. Damn. Offered me the hats linked earlier.

I sounded so upset on the phone that they offered me two tops instead but I thought that was a fairly poor offer compared to the special offer packs. Especially as I had ordered three packs! Eventually offered me three items from their current range which normally retail at £20 each. They said their special offer packs were old summer stock. Not sure if I have still got a good deal or not but im getting three random items from their current range each with a value of at least £20. I suppose I can return if its not that good. Sorry if I sound a bit of a misery moo! I was so excited about the three surprise packs! Its bad form moaning about a grabbit.

My order has just arrived! Teeny bit disappointed with the girls 3-4 as it's 3 pairs of leggings - great quality and colours but a bit of variety would have been nice! The 4-5 and 5-6 bundles had a skirt, tops, a hat and leggings so definitely more exciting. Thanks again OP x

I ordered 2 girls 5-6 plus one full price dress. Interestingly though I'd added them to my basket early in the day and even though stock was showing as sold out in the evening they were still available to buy in my basket. I was convinced I'd get a cancellation email but maybe purchasing one full price item saved that from happening. Dispatch email today, so looking forward to seeing what the surprises are! Have to admit I'll be very disapppointed if it's leggings, we have plenty!

I also had a phone call from Frugi to say that they couldn't fulfil my order. I wasn't offered anything. I had just decided to buy a rather expensive fleece that I had fallen in love with. I'm pretty damned gutted and won't be ordering it now. On the plus side I guess I can order two fleeces elsewhere for less than they hopefully should have refunded me for the unfulfilled order today! Still, I'm gutted.

That's very interesting... so if I'd bought the fleece at the time maybe I'd be getting leggings LOL

I got mine today (boys 3-6 months) and I seem to have done ok. I got a little hat (cute but not wildly exciting), a pair of dungarees, and a little check shirt. I'd probably have paid more than £8.95 for a shirt/dungarees outfit elsewhere, so I'm happy. Could never afford their normal prices though!

Just looked at the link again, think I got the dungarees and shirt pictured in the bundle photo.
