Thanks Scottish but my name isn't there, it just says log in or sign up. If I click log in it just refreshes whatever page I'm on, if I click sign up it takes me to my account. But no sign out button anywhere to be found! I guess it's just a problem with me for some reason, have been looking for about half an hour!!

I got 3 referrals so the voucher should have been free but I've been charged the £10! Will be contacting LS tomorrow. Has this happened to anyone else?

Quite disappointed at the minute. My account still says that my voucher purchase is 'pending', despite my buying it early on the 14th. At this rate, I'll miss the Christmas delivery/postage day [unless I want to pay £6.99].

Has everyone else on the thread got their voucher now?

Mine has finally come through. Around 48 hours after I bought it, but all is now good.
