Abbey Mortgage - Conveyancer waiting for confirmation

Hi,
We are re-mortgaging with Abbey through a Financial Advisor.
Here is our story so far:
Mortgage was offered 14.11.11
The conveyancers sent us all the paperwork which we signed and returned.
A condition of the mortgage was that Abbey wanted to see the Title Plans and these were sent at the end of November.
New Standard Security was sent as it's an Off Set Mortgage as we had originally been sent the wrong type. It took two weeks to arrive with us desprite conveyancers saying it had been sent.
We signed and returned standard security.
Now apparently Conveyancers are waiting for confirmation from Abbey that they are happy to proceed with the re-mortgage??? I can log on to the Conveyancers site to track our case and I see a fax from Abbey saying "the matter is receiving their attention and they will respond as soon as possible".
What does this mean? I thought we had everything in place?
Do you think it's just that Abbey are being slow to confirm that they are happy with the Title Plan that they requested to see? Or is it something I should be worried about?
Sorry for the long post but this re-mortgage has been the longest process and has been stressing me out! I think the FA is fed up of me too!
