  • I signed up for pinecone before Christmas but haven't received any surveys from them. Is it just me?

    Hi

No it is not just you, I have been with them for many years and find that sometimes I can go weeks or months with nothing then get 3 or 4 in a week.
As I see it they get a brief then pick at random the ones to take part, just sit tight they will come :0)

If you get sent a household questionnaire, make sure you fill it in.

You don't get any rewards, but it increases the chances of getting sent surveys if you are down as buying particular products

Same here - I was getting 2/3 a month on the run up for Xmas and nothing since then. If you do fill in a household questionaire, I ususally find a couple days later you get sent the survey. Those household surveys seem to act as pre-qualfiers.
