On the contrary. You have had very clear advice which is that you do not have the right to claim constructive dismissal and you have not been unlawfully discriminated against.
It may not have been what you wanted to hear but a) that is most definitely advice and b) it is also most definitely correct.0 -
fair enough it is advice and may be correct but people have been very insulting saying its all for attention etc hope they never go through this0

Whilst some posts were stupid and unnecessary there was actually quite a lot of useful advice.
Constructive dismissal claims are very hard to win - less than 3% succeed.
It is actually 'constructive unfair dismissal' in any case.
But for certain types of discrimination you can't claim unfair dismissal without 1 year's service (two from April).
All this leaves is wrongful dismissal (i.e. breach of contract) but he hasn't been dismissed.0 -
thank u. some people have posted useless advice and insults but many thanks for your advice0

Thats what you get on here, however, some people are very kind and helpful and try their best. They have advised you correctly so you wont be wasting your time with frivolous claims.
I hope you find a better job with a kinder boss, nobody should have to put up with that.It sounds like you are best off out of it anyway.0
