Groupon credit voucher

Hi,
I recently received an email from Groupon giving me £5 credit voucher with some offer suggestions that I could use the voucher against. It was only valid for a few days so I used it for a £5 offer (which I wouldn't have bought otherwise).
They still charged me the full offer price. So I tried contacting them - emailed them at the support@ email address that's on the website - email bounced back. So tried the email the voucher came from - got an automated reply that they won't answer that email as it isn't monitored. There was a phone number in that mail (0800) which I called - the message saying this number has changed and was given a 0844 number. I called them, was put on hold for what cost me over £2 so far... So I gave up.
Is it just me or has this happened to anyone else? What shall I do?

Did you enter the voucher code on the payment page? I used mine with no issue.
I think you can contact Groupon via the contact form on their website and they will email you back within a couple of days, I've done this in the past.Debt at 1/5/09 £21,996 _pale_
Current debt- 0 :j Final payment made October 2012.

In fact I just realised they no longer have a contact form on their website, they just give you the support email. This must have changed in the last week or so.Debt at 1/5/09 £21,996 _pale_

Yes, I did enter it and it showed £0 as the price to pay so not sure what happened. Can't see the contact form on the website...?0

Cross posted there
Yeah, that's why I couldn't find it. I'll keep trying their support email in hope at some point it won't bounce back... 0
