What do you give carol singers if they call at the door? Not a cracker joke but a proper question.


I am also on the look out for a nice traditional carols CD to put on in the background. Nothing choir female high pitch or pop just a calm traditional kind.

Mum traditionaly likes the Messiah but she also likes to turn it up full blast which irritates and gives me a headache after a few hours of continual play.

i always used to like nat king coles chritmas songs album when i was little girl ,now i,m older i apreciate his fantastic voice as well , so maybe that would be nice background music for young and old.

i always give money , i give it as soon as i open the door so they go away because i feel really embarrashed{sorry can,t spell} just stood there looking at them as they sing.

Are carol singers not usually collecting for charity? They are round here anyway, unless they're little kids, in which case they get sweets if I have any.

Never had any thats why I am asking. Must get a new battry for the doorbell though before the howl of our 2 dogs scares them away
