The new "loophole" for agency workers and blackmailed into signing contract!

After being unemployed for 3 months, the last thing i want is to be unemployed again! especially around chirstmas and new year's time.
Am 6 weeks into my new first time "office job". I applied for the position as a : Data Input and the actual position is a "stock controller" .
Last week selected agency workers attended a meeting about the new agency contract that would be given to us, and we have to sign it otherwise their would be no work for us.
so yes!.. blackmail! .
the key points of the contract I signed I want to know about are:
Whats stopping them giving me 1 day here for that week and one day there for the next. to avoid giving my £137.5 for not actually working?
£45 a day
You would get more on Job seekers!!!
My position I applied for was a Data Input clerk!! But now because of this contract, I could be be a cleaner !! . Obv course this is the worst case scenerio.
This is a Joke and how it has been approved is beyond me!. And yet the best possible chance of finding work is through an agency. They have everybody bye the Balls! .

- Minimun hours a week of work = 7 & 50% of highest wage earned if no work is available / offered to me.

Swedish Derogation. If you can stand looking at the slimy !!!!!! and get past the absolute glee about this loophole there is shown in this article as its aimed at recruitment agencies, there is a good explanation here:
