step one taken

I Changed my wages to go in to my other account (i.e not the one the pay day loans come out of) and rang the mortgage company to make arrangements to pay my arrears. That was my priority. My next plan is to write to each of my main debtors and offer payments, now virgin is already sorted, but when I spoke to shop direct the min they would accept is 100 a month, that's too high so I'm going to put it in writing. Not looking forward to capital one! Then I intend to throw all ky spare cash at the pay day loans. Once they are gone I can afford to pay more than min payments to my debtors. How doee this sound?

  • I would keep negotiating with Shop Direct. May I ask how much the outstanding debt is with them?

Your main priority is your mortgage. Are the arrears high?

Don't forget that there is the option of sending your creditors £1 token payments until your back on your feet, however your main priority is your mortgage.
