Boots have never let me down, i have moved address's around half a mile away from where i use to live which I don't think is the problem? I live in Nottingham and loughborough is not very far from me, or the delivery man is really busy delivering peoples soap and glory orders lol!!

Tried to get one of these packs in Telford, Shrops today but the sales assistant told me they sold out in 1 hour on saturday!

None in Harlow town today. SA said they'd sold out really quickly. Luckily I picked mine up from Westfield Stratford on Friday or else would have been disapointed. I think the products are fantastic and the bag is really good quality. Each to their own I guess! Thanks to the op who posted about the 200 points voucher inside the bag. S&G make-up is on 342 currently but couldn't use the voucher today as it looked like a plague of locusts had hit the S&G make-up stand! Hth x
