Fpr example - I phoned once to complain and their operator response was that if I didnt like their service I could go back to NIE!!! Re their processes, I phoned through a reading on a Thursday and the operator assured me that this would be the reading used and on the following Monday a bill arrived with an estimated reading. When I phoned to ask why they had provided an estimated reading they gave me some rubbish answer justifying it. I had to argue with them to base it on the actual i previously provided. They also forgot to bill me after 2 months and I had to phone up after 3 months to find out why. But ultimatley they are cheaper so I will be staying with them while they are cheaper. When they are no longer cheaper Im away back to NIE. They are cheaper at mo, as I understand it, is becasue OFREG are allowing them to get established in the NI market, It wont last forever
