Tesco Direct order not collected but shown as collected

Placed an order a week ago, forgot to pic it up, was gonna pick it up today, checked my online tesco direct account it said it was collected? !!!!!! . :mad:

How am I gonna proof I have not collect the item to customer service over the phone and get a replacement?

I needed the card used to pay for the item

Maybe their system should show it has been returned to the warehouse, though they should then refund the card used

Does the card statement show a refund?

Ask for a copy of the signature that was left when you collected the goods, they should also have asked for the card that was used to pay.

Call them and ask, tell them you have not collected because you have been without a car (or something) and that it says collected, can they advise - they are not replying to emails at the moment as they are 'too busy' and give you a number to call back on.
