Organic fruit/veg/meat/cheese in your area

Take a look at www.bigbarn.co.uk Put your postcode in the box on the home page and it will come up with local suppliers of organic products, local farms etc. I found a few that I didnt know about, and several WI markets on different days to the one nearest to me.

Great idea....
Sadly they have a very different idea of 'local' to mine!
I put in my postcode and only one 'hit' is what I would term local...a fish shop....and I know of at least two more fish places that are NOT listed....none of the other places is reachable from my postcode unless you have a car.
It's my own fault for living in the back-of-beyond with no transport!!!!0 -
Anybody moaning their area isn't on the site, it's because your locals are too tight to pay to be on it
