Mine arrived today and was very happy! Got 2 pac-a-macs (1 that my sister has had) plus a teal mac and a brown duffle coat with fur hood all for £49. I can't believe it worked and I'm so happy the offer went through. Total saved of around £60 plus all jackets were reduced in the first place! Brilliant find. Thank you so much other poster for the heads up!

My package has been listed as out for delivery since yesterday morning and still hasn't arrived. Sent an email off to Hermes and no response.

My package has been out for delivery since Thursday and still not here. I called Hermes, and was told I had to call Evans. I called Evans, and they said they'd get back to me in 48 hours. That was more than 48 hours ago and I've heard nothing. Really horrible service.
