Advice for Visa win

Last month I won 2 Visa prepaid cards, one for £100 and one for £20. I received the £20 card after about 3 weeks. It has been over the 30 days now and I still have not received the £100 card (or the confirmation e-mail)?
I was wondering if anyone has any contact info for the comp, I have checked the T&C's but seem unable to find an email address?
