Well I was going to wait until Feb to start (restart) collecting as I am needing every penny for food until pay day..... but today I got 2 x £2 coins in my change, not only are these the first I've had this year, but they are also shiny and sparkly so I just had to drop them in my pot. We may be living on beans by Thursday!

Halfway through Jan but still only got 1 £2! Kind of good though as I've been so careful spending these past two weeks...am imagining all my £2 coins safely stored in my bank account instead!

Once again I did not receive any £2 coins in my change this week but i did find one in the back of my purse and my mum gave me another today so thats 2 more this week.

Just watched OH fill dd's lunch money envelope with 3 shiny £2 coins. I almost snatched them off him, but I don't have another £6 to replace them with.
