Quick google says Nationwide predicted falls for 2009 & 2010. Why what's the significance?
And a quick link will prove that your claim is accurate. Over to you;)
Anyhow, to answer your question, Halifax are predicting stagnation. Again.
I was just wondering if, in the last few years they had ever predicted anything but. :rotfl:
Not exactly a logical stretch to figure that one out wot.
But I'm glad to be of service.0 -

I couldn't find anything from the horses mouth either - just a telegraph article.
EDIT: Sorry Guardian - 10/11/2008The UK's largest building society today said it expected house prices to continue to fall next year as it announced it had cut lending by more than two-thirds.
Nationwide Building Society's chief executive Graham Beale said house prices would continue to fall by 1% to 1.5% a month for the rest of the year and there would be further price drops in 2009-10.
What's the significance again?0 -

You asked when Nationwide predicted annual falls. I told you and gave you a link.
I've checked the facts and can confirm that in November 2008 Nationwide predicted falls in 2009 & 2010.
Did you have a point?
Yet I've produced links that show Nationwides official predictions for 2009, 2010.
:rotfl:You know you've made a boo boo. You've confused nationwide with chief executive graham beale.
As to my point, yet again, I'll refer you to an earlier post.0
