Moon Beever help

I have seem to have a few issues with moonbeever with regards to making my tax payments to them, communication through emails or letters seem to get lost or not answered or info sent to them not fully read, I always use my name & ref and all other info required. Plus letters sent to me are always misspelled or worded badly which does not sound to bad, but they are supposed to be a professional company hired by the Gov and most recent they had a payment service online on there website, which I used to make a first payment to them back in Nov, I have recently received a letter from them stating I have not made payment, I called them up and they said there is no record of the payment and usually they ask people not to use the online payment site on there web page as payments get lost. Does any one else have these issues with them?
Thanks

Ifonly - do you have the payment showing on your bank statements as having been made? It may be worth checking this and asking your bank for confirmation of the destination account and sort code. When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN

Perfectly normal, usually if your tax is less than £50 then they don't collect it as costs too much to administer it.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
