Hi Guys
I am trying to write a grievance letter to request my paysilps for October and November 2011.
Does anyone know where I can find a template for this ?

Why do you need to raise a grievance? I would have thought a call to payroll to ask for the payslips would be a start? Unless there is some background you need to fill us in on before you get lots of unhelpful replies like mine?0

Yeah there is a background see my previous thread payslip urgent.
I work for a small company and the MD does the payrole. The policy of the company is to not give payslips. I work there for two months and have never been given a payslip.
I have reported the company to the tax office because I do not believe that they are paying the tax and the company has not register me for tax.0 -
Just write a letter asking for your payslips, avoiding the word 'grievance' altogether for the time being. Keep a copy.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

I have sent a email asking for paysilps and I am still waiting which is why I am going to send a grievance letter.0 -
Listen to DvradysShadow. Write a letter by all means. Send another e-mail. Avoid the word grievance unless you don't want to make it to the third payroll. Keep your head down. If there is something wrong and you have reported it to the tax office they won't ignore it - they will investigate. But you don't want it associating with you. If you don't want to work there anymore then use tyhis time to find another job. Unemployment is not fun and it's best to avoid it where possible.0
