Friday nights Belfast Telegraph - cancer information

Did anyone get the Belfast telegraph on Friday (9th)?
My eldely neighbour heard there was something in the paper about being able to make a claim if you were a cancer patient? and she asked me if I had read it
Her hearing isn't that good, so she may not have picked up the whole story...but as I did not get the paper, I was hoping someone had...that could clarify the story for me?
I have no idea what the article was about...only that it was in the Friday nights paper.
