When ever I bath, I use an antbacterial soap on my HS, I only ever use water down there, BUT I suppose with the water being soapy and all that. I do swill off with the tap shower.
I am planning on low carbing as much as I can, and cutting out alcohol as well as running on my treadmil I get for xmas, but my plan is to do it after xmas... 100%.

The best thing to do is avoid all soap in the vaginal area, including baths.if you wnat to wash with something try aqeous cream. Also avoid putting anything inside the vagina this includes yogurt.
Theres no evidence that changing your diet will affect the recurrence of thrush but the probiotic may be worth a go.
