Abbey mortgage application

Hi everyone, I hope you are well!
This is a long shot but I don't suppose anyone knows whether Abbey ask whether you have ever had an IVA in their mortgage applications? I'm desperately trying to find a 90% mortgage but I was discharged from an iva a year ago. I've read a post on here from someone saying they got a mortgage thru them in November and like me needed 90% and was a year since their discharge but they used a broker and I can't really afford to be paying broker fees.
Thanks

90% and an IVA do not mix, I will be surprised if you can get 85% LTV let alone 90%, at 90% lenders are very picky.I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Thanks everyone, I was quite suprised how one of the members said that they have been given the go ahead on a 90% with them and they have only been discharged for a year. I have tried to message them but haven't had a response.0

Nationwide are the only ones I know who will consider an IVA after being discharged for just 1 year.
