So, yeah I've no credit history and no OFFICAL income, but I'm rated good for my risk level therefore bank has offered me this credit and they said that its good point to start making my credit history.

I'm also only 20, and I've an idea of how invest money, I took into consideration that if I will pay 1400 extra, but the value of money decreases too...

I may have missed something here, but if you're only gettig the loan to improve your credit rating, wouldn't you be better off with a 0% credit card? You could do your regular spending on it without having to pay the whole lot of extra interest you'll have on a personal loan. So long as you pay it off on time every month, this will be good for your credit rating, so will do the same thing you want the personal loan to do.

I hope it doesn't involve putting loan money into a Savings Account... we had one of those earlier this week.

Saving accounts are capped below inflation so this would be some waste of money, I don't see any point of doing that either.

The credit card is not going to allow me withdraw a cash which I need to start off and its also capped at £2k.

I was pretty much wondering if a 9.5% of a cash loan is a fairly good deal ?
  • Tom, why don't you check out the comparison sites, then you can see what other offers are out there...

Also, there is a section on this site, telling you how to source the best loans for your situation. Go to the tab that says Loans, and you will see all the advice on there. :)
  • Another "get rich quick scheme" which is going to end badly.
