Interesting. I have not heard of this company before. Prices include VAT which is always reassuring and a nice touch is that shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket as soon as an item is added.

They used to hide the shipping costs until you were signed in so you had to register which would put people off.
The company asked their customers for advice in an attempt to improve the shop during a redesign and strangely they actually listened I suggested show shipping costs and don't mess with vat just show the price. and they actually did it. a company that actually listened. I cant sing their praises enough.

and before it is suggested like it was over on hduk I don't work for shopneo, I'm just a customer of them.
