7 years and £182k is a long time and a lot of money so you might want to break it down into mini challenges that are achievable over shorter timeframes. That's what we're doing at the moment with our 10 year MFW quest; we're currently 18 months into a 3 year mini challenge to own half of our house (i.e. get the LTV down to 50%).0 -
