Advice on a Prize not arriving

I am hoping someone can help me out here, I had an email in Oct 13th notifying I won princes juice drinks and a high street voucher with good to know and that the prize will be forwarded onto the sponsor for prize fulfilment please contact them etc if you do no receive in 28days,
Which I did after 28days no reply so I emailed them again also adding another email from the same sponsor to a different person
They said sorry that person had left the company we are sending the prize to you which was Nov 18th I still did not receive it so I emailed again asking what the size of the package would be etc just to get some sort of idea, this was answered by another different person who said he was handling the prize now and stated that it would be to big to fit in the letterbox,
I emailed him again on Dec 6th stating it still did not arrive he apologised saying it should have been there by now and said he will send it out Thursday Dec 8th to arrive Dec 9th, I stated that's great! thank you, and it did not arrive on Friday at all, I feel like I'm just getting the standard yes its been sent just to make me feel happy for a couple of days, I would not even care that the princes drinks came I would love the voucher right now as that would be a great treat right now
And I know its just this prize as I have had stuff from overseas arrive etc and another prizes arrive faster!:rotfl:

I would post a complaint on the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) website. They will contact the company and soon get the prize sent out to you.
