Can i trust latestchoice.com?!?

HELLO, I am wondering if anyone knows this company: Latestchoice.com...I wanted to buy a PC but I am not sure if I can trust this company.

Surely the deal is convenient...please can you anyone let me know if this company is trustworthy? Does anyone know it?

They look untrustworthy to me. There's no contact address and only an 0844 telephone number. They use Google Checkout for payment processing and it gives an address in Woodford Green, Essex. When I checked this out on Google I could find no reference to Latestchoice.com at all.

The Domain Registration, which should have the name and address of the site owner, has the contact details for the company which created the website but in any case they're hidden behind a box number in America.

Their terms and conditions are not in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act. They say 'In the event that you have received a faulty or incorrect product, we will only issue a replacement within 28 days of the purchase date. Contact us to arrange the return of your product. We will not provide a refund or cover the costs of delivery for your return' Which is complete rubbish and basically says they give a 1 month guarantee on all their products.
