I got the daughter a Logitech Quickcam Messenger a few months ago. Reasonably good resolution, good at handling different lighting conditions and a very good built in mic. It was about £15, can't remember where from. If it pops back into me head I'll pop back and let you know."Hey, if love is blind, how come lingerie is so popular?" Cochrane. P673 TNG.0

PC World are doing a advent laptop cam 300n I think was £50 reduced in store to £24.99. We have just bought a labtec one from maplin again 300k resolution (which is vga and about as much as msn / skype can handle) that was £29.99 Have a look on maplins website as the have offers on all the time. If your looking for a cam for desktop use they tend to be a bit cheaper.
hope it helps0 -
