"Investing" money into betting

Agree that you would be better trying the matched betting. If you're just placing bets normally then you're not 'investing' you're just gambling. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with that if you have the money spare and enjoy doing it - but if you're actually wanting to do it to make money then take the safer return and do the matched kind.0

Well I managed to turn £24 into £1500 in 9 weeks by trying to win 10% a day betting on football (never worked out quite like that though!).
I'd recommend starting off small, if it does work then you'll soon make enough, if it doesn't then you wont have lost the house!:)
I'd say to make a spreadsheet up to keep track of things, and once you've won enough for the day, stop, don't be tempted to make just one more bet...:)
Be warned, i have heard if you do start to make money, there are some bookies who will close your account or limit what you can bet (hasn't happened to me yet though...)
Good luck, let me know how it gets on!0 -
Do not forget that the bookie can close your account at any time, especially as you might be winning too much, so spread your bets between many firms.
N.Never be afraid to take a profit.
Keep breathing.
Just because I am surrounded by FOOLS does not make me wise. :j0
