Help - photo frame for school photo 5x4 + 4x3

I bought a pack of school photos of my 2 children and stupidly didn't pay too much attention to the sizes now I can't find any frames to fit them!!
I wanted to give them to nannys and grandads with their christmas presents so didn't really want to give them just in the cardboard frames they come in.

The photos are 5"x4" and 4"x3" and the picture is fairly close to all the edges so I can't really cut any off.:(

I don't understand why they would sell photos so unusual that you can't buy frames for them!!
Any suggestions?

You could buy slightly larger frames and use backing paper (or gift wrap) to place in the back and cover the gap?
