Nationwide/KPR CCJ - please help!

I have been on a DMP with Payplan since Feb 2011, paying £100.89, they kept my car finance of £173.40 out of it, but in 4 years when this ends, I'll add the amount to my payments. I owed approx £19.5k at start of DMP and have made all payments on time.
All creditors agreed to plan until this summer when Nationwide passed my credit card to their in house DCA KPR. The balance was £2269. I'm paying nearly £11 a month to them but they now want either £50 a month or will accept a F and F settlement of £1500.
I can't afford the increase or £1500. I have today received Court papers with a service date of 12/12/11. I had my CC from the early 2000's, can't remember exact date, probs 2002.
I was happy to keep paying but in light of them now getting shirty, I sent off CCA request with £1.00 postal order. Was sent on 02/12/11 and signed for recorded delivery on 06/12/11.
What do I do now? Can they still persue whilst in dispute ie until I get CCA? Do I send off claim form to Payplan for their help? Should i send copy of my Payplan budget to the court with letter explaining that I'm addressing debts with DMP? I've heard of CCJ being issued as Nationwide 'conveniently' forget to send budgets in. I own my own house so no doubt they'll go for CO too.
If I do juggle budget about and find the extra £40, then surely unfair on other creditors who accepted my DMP?
Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for replies, I'll ring Payplan on Monday. Though I've heard they don't support the CCA request route as they are funded by the credit industry so I'd imagine they are on their side? I'm not sure whether I need to defend or admit on the forms? I need time for KPR to supply the CCA if they have one. Tbh im not really sure what I'm looking for on the CCA, the official wording on the link goes over my head!
