Mythic Oil Samples (UK) terms and conditions
1. Offer of free Mythic Oil Samples only available to persons who follow the link and enter
their details on the L’Oreal Professionnel website.
2. The promotion, involving a free product sample of Mythic Oil as set out below is open to UK
residents aged 18 and over. With the exception of the Promoter’s employees, their immediate
families or anyone connected with the promotion.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Entry to the offer is free. Only one entry per person. Entrants must have internet access to
be eligible for the offer, and entries will only be accepted on the official entry form on the
L’Oreal Professionnel website.
5. Incomplete, illegal or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted
as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost or delayed due to
technical problems or otherwise.
6. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or other third parties will not be accepted
7. Entries must be received on or before 00:00am, 11th December 2011. Mythic Oil Samples
will be posted before 31st January 2011. L’Or!al Professionnel reserves the right to revise this
date and extend the period for accepting entries to the offer in the event of circumstances
beyond it’s reasonable control.
8. 2000 samples will be offered until December 11th, while stocks last. The samples are as
follows: Mythic Oil 3ml
9. Mythic Oil Samples are as stated and there are no alternative samples or cash substitutes.
10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Entrants agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion.
No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the
complimentary samples at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its
reasonable control.
13. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any
proceedings in connection with this promotion.
14. By applying to the offer to request Mythic Oil Samples, entrants will be deemed to be
bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.
