Have used in past, they have leaflets now and again, I bought 2 bikes years and years ago, memory going now. They are mostly catalogue returns, although nothing seriously wrong with bikes, my daughter's bike had a scratch on and the brake lever was broken, I rang them (all numbers supplied as explained in leaflet from catalogue stores)and they sent a touch up paint (exact colour) and a new lever to fit. I remember them being cheap, worth looking to see if they have a website so you can see all offers. Good Luck no problems with them, kids were happy too.
