Bin Weevils

I have been asked to get two Bin Weevil cards which apparently are available from Sainsburys however although I did look Sainsbury's website I did not see them for sale. Can anyone tell me whether they are available online or whether they can only be purchased in store? Also if I purchase the cards using my credit/debit card can the person who they are for then use my debit/credit card details to top up the Bin Weevil cards?

How do you find out which Sainsbury's stores actually sell them? I haven't a clue what I am looking for obviously! :eek:

they are a little card about the size of a credit card they are usually on the end of an isle in most supermarket stores with all the next, burtons, moshi monets, debenhams etc etc cards

its an online game/interactive site for children my dd (9) uses it sometimes. you can join for free but if you have membership access its lets them play more games and do other stuff from memory.

you buy the card usually for one month or 3 month membership which ever you choose each card has a number they have to type in to activate it

they log in and type in the card identification number and they then get membership for however long you bought on the crad.

they have no access to your card details at all and can not top up online unless they know you account name, number, start date, expiry date etc all the details from your card.

no i dont think you can because they are small plastic cards with activation codes on them.

the only way i think you could do it on line is to log into her existing bin weevils account and then click on membership and set it up that way.

but i dont know what options you have for time scale, some you can do for a month but you have to watch out as i did that once on another site for my daughter and i didnt notice for a while that they were taking the payment every month from my card even though i thought i had only paid for one month.

i would find a supermarket with them and then you know exactly how long you have paid for.

if you dont have a sainsburys have a look at wh smiths they may have them or tesco they also sell gift cards

I will look Sainsburys and Tescos when I am near them on Monday. There is no WH Smith near us so fingers crossed they are available in one of the other two when I visit!
